Free delivery applies to orders within Lagos only. Shipping fees may apply for other locations. We aim to deliver products within 72 business hours after order confirmation, subject to unforeseen delays. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Ojuoja will not be held liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. - Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within seven (7) days of delivery if they meet the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days after the returned product is inspected and approved. - Use of the Platform
